Business Model Analysis Applied to the Cellular Fraud Ecosystem
At Forward Edge-AI I served as Principal Investigator on a National Science Foundation-funded economic study where I analyzed the business practices of scammers who use cell phones to steal from victims. Examining the fraud ecosystem allowed me to uncover flaws in our nation’s economic security while providing potential routes that consumers and the private and public sectors should take to help alleviate this massive problem.
